3 cute doggies near Raleigh, NC. Restaurants and breweries within easy walking
Introduction
We are a retired couple living in Fuquay (Fewkway) Varina, NC with our 3 rescue dogs.. Our dogs love to lounge about and sleep in our (king size) bed with us. They are all small dogs (total weight of less than 60 lbs). They are trained to an invisible fence, although we don't usually leave them outside when we leave.

Our 100+ year old home is a ten minute walk from downtown Fuquay which has several nice restaurants, an amazing bakery, and several craft breweries. The community center which has a splash pad water park is 5 minutes in the opposite direction. F-V is about a 30 minute drive to Raleigh, the capitol of NC. The nearest beach is only about an hour and a half drive, so makes a great day trip. You will need a car to get to a large supermarket. There are several within about 3 miles. Our house has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths (steam shower in the master bath), a huge welcoming front porch perfect for relaxing with a glass of lemonade (or wine), as well as a screened back porch, and almost an acre.

Take care of our 3 dogs and water plants. Pitmin gets eye drops twice daily. He doesn’t mind it.

We have a great time sitting for the three loving, irresistible dogs. They totally enjoyed having us sit on one of the porches of their lovely home while they entertained us with their antics in the large yard. We would definitely sit with them again!

I pet sitted for Gina and Richard’s 3 small dogs. It was a fun experience, their dogs are well behaved and very easy to take care of. Gina and Richard are wonderful people and would for sure pet sit for them again. Their farm house is cool and cozy in a small community outside of Raleigh, N.C., which is full of fun things to do.

I really enjoyed my visit with Gina's "family". Pittman, Chandler, and Wiley are all affectionate and great companions. I especially enjoyed early morning coffee with them on the gorgeous front porch. Fuquay is a charming, walkable small town that is fun to explore.
