This 2 bedroom, 2-floor townhouse is located above a flower shop in Jersey City - only a 5 minute walk to the Grove Steet PATH train and 20 minutes into downtown Manhattan. The townhouse is located on a tree-lined street just a half block away from Newark ave, a main street with bars and restaurants. The Freedom Tower is viewable through the windows. The bedroom is large with a queen-sized bed. The second bedroom has a Peloton available for use as well as a desk for you to work remotely. There is a washer/dryer in-unit as well as a dishwasher. You have free rein over the living room devices and kitchen appliances. There is a small roof space to sit outdoors if you'd like some fresh air.

My cat gets fed a can of cat food once in the am and once in the pm. She is very easy to care for and loves love. Our puppy is 1 year old and a lovable/ very energetic nugget. He is 55 pounds and VERY VERY high energy so if you are looking for a housesit that allows you to leave for long stretches of time, this isn’t for you. Concurrently, he can sometimes pull a bit on the leash so if you are not physically equipped to handle a large dog, this sit isn't for you. He is fed 2x per day and needs a solid hour walk in the am and pm and short walks every 4-6 hours. He also sleeps and bed and is all love and play - no aggression.

We had a great time watching Oni and Cleo and we highly recommend this sit. Laura’s home is in a lovely neighbourhood and we enjoyed exploring the area so much. Our favourite and in our opinions the best location in Jersey City, close to everything you need, so many good restaurants and bars, and everyone in the area is so friendly and kind! The pets were an absolute treat to take care of and be around. Oni with his non stop energy and endless love was the best cuddle buddy anyone could ask for and Cleo who was so easy going and always ready to shower us with love. Laura and Morgan were so warm and friendly and we immediately felt comfortable, they were great hosts and had great communication, everything with this sit was smooth and easy. We definitely enjoyed our stay here and wouldn’t hesitate to do this sit again.

Had such a great experience with Laura, Morgan, Oni, and Cleo. Oni is a very sweet pup that became my shadow during my stay there. We went on lots of walks around the neighborhood which was beautiful this time of year. Cleo was immediately so relaxed and greets you with happy little chirps. I really enjoyed all the time we got to spend together! Laura and Morgan were very friendly and communicative throughout the whole stay. They have a lovely apartment that has everything you need, and the neighborhood is in the fantastic historic district of Jersey City. Would highly recommend!

Laura place is beautiful. Well located so close to nyc Her cat is the sweetest. I remember her asking for cuddles in such a cute way. Definitely will recommend. I will come back if I get the chance again. Laura and her Fiancé were really nice and accommodating. Communication was perfect . I Loved it . 10/10

To say I was blown away by Tania is the biggest understatement of the century. Not only was she flexible when I had to adjust our travel plans last minute, she also spent 10 full days leash training our new puppy. It's a night and day difference with behavior. I feel like I won the TH lottery. 10/10 no notes. Would highly recommend.
