Cat needing company, with a lovely recently renovated home to share

The House: - Renovated in recent years to a full modern standard - 3 bed detached house -Upstairs features; Spare/Laundry room, Office, Master bedroom (where you will stay) ft King bed and Ensuite with shower, plus family bathroom with bath / bath shower. Both bathroom and the ensuite feature full floor to ceiling tiles and towel rails that come on whenever the boiler is operating. Downstairs features: Well specified kitchen / diner, with double oven, 5 burner Gas hob, Dishwasher, and various appliances such as air fryers, George Foreman, slow cookers etc. Utility room featuring washing machine and separate dryer, leading on to the downstairs WC. Elsewhere the entrance hall leads directly to the Lounge which features full surround sound, large smart OLED tv, and high specification sofas that you sink into perfectly. Super fast fibre throughout. 1 space for a standard size car on the driveway (please let me know if this will be needed) NOTE; I do not have any live tv services, only streaming services such as Netflix and Prime Video and do not hold a tv licence as a result. The area: Located within walking distance of the beautiful Coate Water park, based in a highly respected area in South Swindon you’re well located to get around Swindon, with Old Town and its various shops restaurants and bars just a few minutes drive away, and just a few minutes further gets you to the popular Designer Outlet, or if you fancy a trip out of town the train station (which gets you to London Paddington in under an hour). There are numerous locations in and around Swindon for lovely walks if you’re the outdoors type.

1) Ensuring food and water are refreshed each day 2) scoop cleaning litter tray once each evening 3) changing full litter tray contents as required - likely once a week 4)cuddles and attention as available! Outside of cat care, keeping the house to a good clean standard as it will be found, not having parties or guests etc, and just enjoying your stay :)

Tom was always available to assist. I absolutely adored his cat, Minxie. She showered me with so much affection. She was my shadow and cuddle companion while we enjoyed Netflix. She has this thing she does when she stands on her hind legs and claps, absolutely priceless. I honestly did not stray far from the house because it had all the comforts I needed. The home was stylish and new. It had beautiful natural lighting, a cozy theatre style living room, a private office, and a comfortable queen bed. I had no complaints it exceeded my expectations. The beauty of nature trails and a nearby lake of swans at Coate Water Park were the highlight of my stay. I had ease of transportation with several busses to take me to city central. The railway station provides connects to Bath and Paddington station. Thank you, Tom, for making my first experience in the UK 🇬🇧 so memorable.
