Introduction
Hi, we are a Belgian couple, we live in a farmhouse near Girona with our dog Ollie and a few chickens. We are looking for housesitters who will look after Ollie, the chickens and the garden. Our house lies in the middle of the fields and is near a very small village, tranquility and nature are the key words. Also it is only 20 minutes from the coast and the sun is (nearly)always shining here.

Our home lies in the middle of nature, amidst fields and forests. It is located just outside a lovely village, at 20 minutes from the sea and 30 minutes from Girona. You can walk, bike or hike in all directions from the property, there is a web of lovely dirtroads and there are lovely villages to visit all over the area.

Ollie: -feeding 2 meals a day, water always, some supplements -walking 3 to 5 times a day, in total not more than 1 hour Chickens: they stay in the hen house, make sure they have food and water, collect eggs once a day Garden: make sure the irrigation works, water the plant pots 2 times per week(depending on season). Kitchen garden: make sure the irrigation works and make sure the vegetables and the fruit trees have enough water, this 2 to 3 times per week.

We met Robert and Kenneth before the sitting and they explained Ollie’s needs as well as how everything around their beautiful house works. They were really nice and made us feel very welcomed at their place. Ollie is a very sweet and obedient dog, and it was a real pleasure to look after him. We’re looking forward to doing it again soon. ❤️🐶❤️
