Hi, my name is Steven. I work as a therapeutic swimming teacher in London and Frome. I live with my 14 year old daughter and our adorable 3 year old Spaniel,Alfie and our one year old lab, Benji. I work away a lot and often looking for dog sitters. My website artofswimming.com

We have a lovely 4 bed townhouse two bathrooms and a big open plan kitchen-dining room with conservatory. We are just a few minutes away from the beautiful lanes of Frome, close to a nice park and nearby shops. We have a small garden and spa room with a sauna . I have a cleaner who will continue to come weekly in my absence.

Water plants and generally look after the house. Alfie and Benji need a couple of walks a day. All animals need feeding during the day Alfie is fed two times once at 8am and again in the evening after their second walk, Benji is currently being fed three time a day at 8am, 2pm and 7pm and Casper the cat is fed twice a day morning and evening.

Me and my 2 friends had a great time with Alfie, Benji and Casper! Communication with Steven was easy and seamless and Akyra showed us all we needed to know on arrival. Casper is a shy, yet sweet cat, with lots of love to give once he gets comfortable. Alfie is a very lovely boy and is calm at home, but on a walk he will become a different dog and goes wild, but his recall is great so you don’t have to worry about him he will always come back, and he’s just absolutely ball crazy! Benji is just gorgeous and very playful and loving. He requires encouragement for things like going to the toilet outside and to stop biting, but by the end of our sit we were able to get into a good routine with him! We were able to explore Frome, Glastonbury and Bath, and had some lovely walks with the dogs in local fields and woodland, all provided by Steven and Akyra. All in all it was a good sit with lots to do in surrounding areas and some really lovely animals!

Alfi is a great dog and he especially loves to go for walks. He adores companionship and attention. Casper is equally a sweet cat, and both were a pleasure. Stephen insured I had everything I needed and responded swiftly. Fromme is a lovely town and I recommend taking a stroll through the old streets.

It was a real pleasure to meet Steven and his 2 gorgeous furry friends - Alfie, a 2 year old Springer spaniel who has the sweetest nature, and Casper, a talkative 5 year old big ball of feline fluff with beautiful green eyes! Steven showed me where Alfie's favourite walk is - a few minutes drive to a beautiful riverside walk where Alfie is in his element when in the water. He is a very happy and inquisitive dog who wants to be friends with everyone he meets along the way. His recall can be a little intermittent (even with treats!) especially if there is a combination of water, children and other dogs off the lead! However, as he loves his sticks so much, if you head to a pile of wood/branches to get him one, he is so keen to have a stick that he'll be right next to you, to just catch his collar. We had some lovely walks together, including one through Frome, a really lovely town with lots of little independent shops. Steven has a full and informative Welcome Pack, and their care routines were straightforward. Thank you, Steven, for your warm welcome and for trusting me with your homely home and your furry house mates, it was a pleasure that I would recommend to other sitters : ) Annie

Alfie is the sweetest springer, loves to walk and explore and there are really nice places to walk only 5 mins drive away. Steven’s Frome modern townhouse is in a very quiet and very central location with many cafes restaurants/pubs and shops.
