We live in two-bedroom apartment (67m2) with balcony in Nice (avenue de Fabron), 2 minutes walking to Promenade des Anglais and the beach. There is a very good connection to the airport and to the city center - a new direct tram line. It takes about 15 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the center. The supermarket and bakery is at 2 minutes walking distance. The flat has very fast internet wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction, balcony. You will have a separate room.

Yulia was a good host, we exchanged messages a few days prior the sit and agreed to everything quite quickly. I visited her home beforehand for her to give me the keys of her place and to meet so it was an smooth transition. Whitney its super low maintenance and was happy to sleep with me. She would play hide and seek during the day when she wasn’t asking for food on the kitchen haha. The area felt super safe and it was almost always a chill/quiet environment, was good for me when I had to work on my laptop, plus Yulia offered me to use her office which made it even better.

Whitney was great, a little bit shy at the beggining as it is to be expected, but after one day she was already looking for petting on our laps. The appartment has an optimum location, just few minutes from the beach and was in perfect conditions as Yulia and Antonio left it very clean. Our stay was very quiete and we were able of working OK as the internet connection was OK for online jobs. Our only issue was that we went with our 3,2m tall and 6m long Motorhome and we found some trouble to park inside the residence. We had to park one day in the street and when we could park inside we were told off by the guardian that told us that these type of vehicles where banned in the parking. Luckily he was quite nice and it was just a comment. The parking is very big and with a normal car there should be no problems, but cars higher than 2,1 are banned. In spite of that the stay was great, instructions from Yulia very clear, whitney extremely cute and Nice really beautifull. We’ll definetely come back if there is another opportunity.

Lovely little apartment just 5 minutes from the beach. Yulia was perfect . Clear instructions and we kept in touch while she was away. Whitney is very wary to start with but if you spend some time with her she warms up to you. She loves to talk and loves attention..you just have to go slowly with her..and she will be happy. Really enjoyed my stay here with Whitney. Tram is also 5 minutes away and runs every few minutes. Super easy to use. Hope to get back here some day 😁
