We live in two-bedroom apartment (67m2) with balcony in Nice (avenue de Fabron), 2 minutes walking to Promenade des Anglais and the beach. There is a very good connection to the airport and to the city center - a new direct tram line. It takes about 15 minutes to the airport and 10 minutes to the center. The supermarket and bakery is at 2 minutes walking distance. The flat has very fast internet wi-fi, washing machine, dishwasher, oven, induction, balcony. You will have a separate room.

I had a wonderful time on my sit in Nice with Whitney. This kitty is a nice friend. At first she was a little shy, but then we ate together, worked together, took a shower together, and in general Whitney fell in love with my suitcase and slept on it all days during my sitting. I was warmly welcome by Yulia. She showed me around the city and the flat stuff, helped to buy the local telephone card and advised me of some good local vegetarian places and bio food shops. By the way, the flat is warm and sunny, provides everything you need. It"s well located, just 3 minutes from the famous Promenades des Anglais and the beach. You can have a great walk to the center or you can catch a tram, so no worries about it. The only minus of the location is the increased audibility in the apartment, so probably you may need ear plugs at nights. I really enjoyed my stay there and sharing my time with Whitney, I will miss her for sure. Thanks Yulia and Whitney! Hope to see you again!

Sorry for the delay, I though I had taking care of the review. We had a lovely time in nice with Whitney. Whitney is shy at first, but still wants to be close to you on the balcony or couch. Even played hide and seek with us, got in a closed cabinet above the closet. Took us over a hour to find her, sneaky little girl. The location is easy to get to and close to everything with the subway right around the corner.

What a location! Yulia and her husband left us to it within the hour of our arrival. The flat is comfortable and clean and Whitney the cat was sweet and no trouble at all but she's not a lap cat if you're looking for cuddles! The flat's location is amazing - ideal for the beach (5 mins away on foot) or the town of Nice a short walk along the Promenade des Anglais. If you go to Nice, make sure you do the city tour by open top bus - it's really good. Many thanks Yulia!
