Gorgeous Cats in the South of France Looking for a Sitter
Introduction
We are looking for house sitters to come to our home and hang out with Esme and Zouzou, our beautiful Siamese and Tonkinese kitties while we are away. We currently live in Provence in the South of France, very close to the town of Aix-en-Provence. We are in the beautiful bucolic Provencal countryside, on a hill overlooking an epic landscape of olive, pine and cypress trees. It is a peaceful haven here, and so close to the cultural highlights of the region.

Our home is a bright and spacious house in the countryside near Aix-en-Provence. We have a fully equipped kitchen and three bedrooms. Two have King-sized beds and the third is a children's room that sleeps two on a mezzanine bed. The house has one bathrooms with a shower and one toilet. Our garden is large and spacious and we have a stunning view over the valley below us.

We ask our sitters to take care of our kitties as though they were members of your own family. They generally have dry food out all of the time and eat some wet food twice a day. Their litter needs cleaning daily and they love regular cuddles. The cats are indoor and outdoor cats.

What a fantastic housesit/catsit this was. Many thanks Vanessa for inviting both of us into your home. What a setting the home is in. Just a few km out from beautiful Aix en Provence however it feels very rural and private. We had a FaceTime call with Vanessa before our arrival. We never got to meet Thor or Vanessa as they had already left before we arrived however Vanessa sent through very detailed videos on how to find things and to look after Esme and Zouzou. These are two very adorable easy care cats. They loved to spend time sitting on our laps in the evenings and in the heat of the day they preferred to just rest in the cool of the basement. The home has been recently renovated and has everything you would ever need. I can confidently recommend this as a great housesit opportunity.

This was an amazing, relaxing sit looking after two very affectionate and loving cats in a wonderful part of France. We were met with open arms by Vanessa and Thor and immediately felt at ease and comfortable in their wonderful home which enjoys spectacular views looking out towards Aix-en-Provence and over to the distant mountains, both of which we were so lucky to have had the opportunity to explore. Ezme and Zouzou were superb, very photogenic, companions and would keep us entertained with their antics - Zouzou in particular with his boundless youthful energy and Ezme with her tolerance of him and appetite for a lap to sit on. There was no doubt as to who was in charge between them, and Zouzou would patiently wait his turn to eat! Communication with Vanessa was effortless and uncomplicated - this was a great sit all round and we would highly recommend it to anybody. Thank you for allowing us to house sit for you.
