Introduction
We are professional wildlife and environmental photographers, and have an infinity for the natural world and are passionate about all nature. We have recently downsized to a lovely light and airy ground floor flat and have a beautiful relaxed cat called Greta (we say our environmental cat!). We are planning to travel more to see the natural world and take some beautiful photos and make lovely memories.

Lovely ground floor flat in Ramsgate, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Looking after our sweet cat, Greta. Access to private courtyard garden which is secure for Greta to go out for fresh air, plus access to communal back garden, great for early morning cuppa watching sunrise! Kingsize bed, bath & shower rooms, open plan lounge and kitchen. Light and airy with good fast broadband and TV with Netflix, Prime and Disney+ Off road parking in private car park. 2 minutes from local shops, and 10-15 minutes to stunning harbour and main town. Beautiful beaches and walks direct from flat, plus lovely surrounding woodlands and interesting coastal towns for exploring. Canterbury is 35 minutes away.

Greta is generally a house cat although she does have access to a sub-basement courtyard where she can securely go outside to get some fresh air and sit in the sunshine. She will need feeding morning and evening, but if you are home in the day she will ask for extra food! She is quite food orientated but relaxed and does have her playful moments with her toys. Her litter tray is usually changed or sieved once a day. She does enjoy lap cuddles and often gives lots of love and head bumps when it is nearer her food time! We do have house plants and some potted plants in the courtyard and back communal garden which will need watering.

Justine was welcoming and very clear on everything I needed to know. The flat is in a quiet block , easy access walking or car to Ramsgate harbour and shops. Greta is the sweetest natured cat - so polite! She loves to sunbathe in the long grass but always came when called. Ramsgate is interesting and attractive as is nearby Broadstairs. A great sit for all reasons.

We loved our time with Greta, she is absolutely adorable and sweet. She quickly warmed up to us, enjoying sitting on our laps, being brushed and snuggling up on the bed. We had a little ritual after lunch, where she’d come and sit beside our laptops to watch the screens with a lot of interest. So, we started playing some game videos for cats for her and she absolutely adored them! She could happily watch them for hours so we ended up splitting the screen to accommodate us both, haha. Justine and Rob are amazing hosts - it's hard to find people more friendly and welcoming than them. They went above and beyond to ensure we felt at home and had everything we needed. Right from the beginning, we had excellent communication and during our stay we had fun sharing lovely pictures of Greta and hearing about their trip abroad. It was a shame that their return flight was delayed, as we would have loved to spend more time together upon their arrival. Their home is very comfortable and well located, close to the sea and with easy access to public transportation. We didn’t have a car and we were able to explore many parts of Kent. If you like walking, going from Ramsgate to Margate along the coastal path is a great plan. We'd highly recommend this sit and would return in a heartbeat. Thank you guys for sharing your lovely home and Greta with us! :)
