Responsibilities

Strider, our dog, is pretty easy going. He doesn't play often, and when he does it's in short bursts. He is scared of almost everything, especially if it makes a noise. Other than that he likes to lay around and be lazy. Strider usually gets taken out to the park for using the bathroom three times per day - morning, mid afternoon, and before bed. If he needs go to out any other time he will let your know typically by hopping at the door, or getting your attention and then going to the door. He gets fed in the morning, usually around 9am (or closest to that if you're going out). His dinner is at 9:00pm/21:00. There are also a couple of nice parks where you can go on lovely walks with him. -- Siryn, our cat, does her own thing. She is very pretty, but a bit of a grouch who does not like to be touched. Sometimes she will hiss at people she doesn't know, but she will not attack as long as you do not invade her space. She enjoys being in the room with people, but doesn't like to be bothered. She can be very sweet, but only at her own discretion. She gets fed the same times as Strider (more details provided with notes in the apartment). Her litter box should be cleaned out every other day. There is a laser pointer that she will sometimes play with. It is also useful to get her to move out of your way if she is blocking your path with a menacing look.
