Responsibilities

The sit will usually be just Louie and Neelix. . Both are Very easy! The schedule below is not set in stone. Louie is flexible especially in summer months as Kids don't have school so times vary and he is very forgiving. The idea and what we do is usually the same, times just adjust as according to when you get up. Louie usually goes out 1st thing in the morning when you get up. Then he eats and drinks and is let back out after breakfast. He can be in the kennel if you leave for to 6 to 7 hours. Usually I am home most days so he just hangs out with me. If I am home usually I let him out again around noon or so. He will go stand at the slider door if he needs to go out. Otherwise as soon as I return from my errands or appointments I let him outside to relieve himself. He eats dinner around 6 to 7 pm. refreshing his water then after he eats I let him out again. Usually we go to bed at 9 to 10 and we let him out again before bed. Louie usually sleeps in the room with my son or us. He is very social dog. He is a little shy at first. He loves squeak toys and balls. The 1st few days you may have to show him the leash and take him out side that way. Teddy is with us PT but about the same schedule as Louie. Can be in the kennel 6 to 7 hours as well. Usually he sleeps in his kennel at night but can be in bedroom bed with sitter. Neelix- She is very easy. Just check self feeder every week. Fill water as needed. Litter boxes are self cleaning just have to empty tray 1 time a week and change Litter every 2 weeks. We prefer non smokers as my daughter has Asthma, I am allergic to the smoke and husband is a transplant patient. We are fully vaccinated and boosted. We do not require that of our sitter. During summer if you can mow the front yard that would be amazing. It's pretty small and we have an electric mower. **For long sits of 1 month or more require a $300/month utility payment, unless otherwise agreed upon. Sitters should be self-sustainable and replace things used or broken. This does not include perishable items in fridge you can help yourself to those.
