This beautiful home in south Minneapolis has a ton of character and is in a prime location. It's directly next to Hiawatha golf course and has tons of delicious restaurants in biking distance (A couple being a 10 minute walk away). Some of my favorite food spots nearby are Matt's (world famous), I.e. , Reverie and the 5/8. This home features a california king sized bed, two working desks, a private yard to take out Nako, a fridge, microwave, oven, air fryer, and European coffee maker. The cross streets of the home are 42nd Street and 22nd Ave. Lake Nakomis is a 4 minute drive away and is a beautiful place to go for a walk or watch the sunset. It's also a short drive or uber from downtown Minneapolis! I used to live there so I have plenty of recommendations.
