The house has a front and back garden with seated patio area ideal for relaxing in the sun and dining al fresco! Large sitting and dining room with large screen TV and with cable broadband and Wifi. Fully furnished Kitchen (Dishwasher etc) and seperate utility room with washing machine and dryer. We can offer you a double bedroom with views of the park next to a bathroom with a jacuzzi bath and a seperate power shower. Close to two large supermarkets, pharmacy, cafe and public library. Great transport links and just 15 minutes from Dublin Airport. Within walking distance of Swords town which has cinemas, cafes, shopping etc. Swords is close to the coast, and also with busses to Skerries, Donabate, Malahide marina and beach etc. Lots of transport links to Dublin city and its cultural activities.

Beau likes to be walked twice a day, morning and evening. He is fed twice a day as well morning and evening. And gets fruit and veg treats as well during the day as he is obsessed by food so we have to watch his weight! He likes to go to the back garden every few hours when nature calls. He likes cuddles and sleeping. He is 12 years old so if he seems a little limpy we give him half a paracetomol once every second day, but only if required. There is a few house plants and planters in the garden that will need watering. The grass will need to be cut every second week weather permitting. We have an electric lawn mower in the shed. Just house and garden kept tidy. We are planning to travel this summer. But we can be flexible on dates and overlap with you as it is a large four bed house.

Beau is a lovely, sleepy, relaxed dog, who's extremely easy to look after. I could do everything at my leisure because of him. The house is located in a convenient spot, in a very quiet neighborhood. A good place to spend a few weeks.

Gerry and Graine are very good hosts. We met them on the first day and they are fantastic. The house is very nice and cozy. Beau is a very good and well-mannered dog. He loves to eat, sleep and take quiet walks. We miss Beau!!!!!

I had the best month with Beau, he's a beautiful older lab who's quite easy to care for and will walk you for miles around the neighborhood. He is also a toast monster and will share your breakfast with you every day. Grainne and Gerry are a lovely couple who made me feel right at home. Their summer plans hit a few hiccups which pulled them both back home for a bit, but they graciously let me stay, and besides being easy to live with, they are great conversationalists and have lots of interesting stories to share. The neighborhood is beautiful and the neighbors are great. Groceries are a quick walk away and Swords main strip is a 15 minute walk. Would highly recommend this sit : )
