Loft located in the heart of desirable North Loop. Beautiful original hardwood floor, granite counters, and exposed brick. 2 Bedroom and 1 Full Bath. Fully outfitted kitchen. My condo has an outdoor balcony. My unit comes with a Reserved parking space in garage. There is also a full gym in the complex. Walking distance to some of the most popular restaurants and coffee shops in the city. Grocery store within walking distance. Many parks and common spaces nearby. There is also a Farmer's market within walking distance every weekend.

Feed the cats 2 cans of wet food in the AM and again in the PM. Refresh their water and dry food bowls once a day. Scoop litter once a day.

This is the perfect house-sit!! Lauren was great with communication from start to finish - always providing really fast, helpful and friendly responses to any questions I had. She also gave me some suggestions for what to do and where to eat in Nashville, which is a fun place to visit. The airport is only 10-15 min away. The loft is in a great location--it is literally walking distance from the best restaurants & parks in Germantown. Her home is beautiful, spacious, and full of light. And the babies. :-) These are two special cats, for sure. Both Twix and Kit Kat are really affectionate, and wanting cuddles and play time as if they were teenagers. Only a day had passed before they started warming up to me, grazing my legs as I worked at the desk. This is a GREAT house-sit. If you get the chance, jump at it! I was honored to be chosen for this sit. Of course I said 'yes!' when Lauren requested an extension. Thanks Lauren!! I'll always remember this one!

Sierra took such great care of my cats and home while I was away! I would highly recommend her for a housesit. She was very responsive and easy to communicate with. She was open to speaking over the phone before the sit. I could tell she prioritized giving my cats much love and attention while she was here. My place was spotless when I got back, she was a very clean housesitter.

I recently had a fantastic experience with Tan who watched my three cats. She sent daily check-ins with the cutest videos, and it was evident that they had a blast playing together. She went above and beyond to cater to each cat's needs, ensuring they were happy and comfortable. Communication was a breeze; she was always responsive and approachable. I would absolutely love to have her housesit again and highly recommend her to anyone looking for a caring and attentive pet sitter!

Sarah took such great care of my 3 cats and my home. She housesat for me earlier this month and I was so happy to have her back! My cats can be shy, but they quickly warmed up to her. She also noticed that my cat Luna, needed some extra attention and love while I was gone. When I got home I could tell Luna had gained some more confidence while she was with Sarah. I was so amazed at the progress she had with Sarah! So grateful to have Sarah as a housesitter. My home was so clean when I arrived home and she was very communicative.
