Stunning stone cottage and garden in quiet picturesque location
Introduction
We are loving dog parents to our lovely boy, Chunk who is a cavapoo. He’s called Chunk because he’s very big for the breed, but has all the wonderful characteristics of the breed. He’s loving, loyal and calm, whilst being fun loving too. He’s super respectful and obedient. He walks very well off lead as well as on lead. We would never put him in a kennels and want him to remain in his home whilst we go ion a family holiday. We live in a gorgeous part of the country, in a stone cottage which is down a private lane and next to a river. Very quiet and peaceful with no passing traffic. There’s lots of lovely walks from the doorstep and the picturesque village of Garstang is just a 10 minutes drive away.

Our stone cottage is beautifully appointed. Cosy and comfortable and set in a gorgeous garden with outside space to sit and dine on the patio area . It’s located down a narrow private road, next to a river which has no passing traffic. The birdsong is wonderful! It’s very close to a picturesque market town if Garstang with its many eateries and shops. The amazing Barton Grange garden centre is a 10 minutes walk away too.

Chunk is a very easygoing pooch. He likes a morning walk of about 45 mins to 1 hour and then another later in the day. We won’t leave him for long, but up to 2 hours would be ok, as he is a bit needy for company. We have some lovely flower baskets that will need daily watering and there’s a retractable hosepipe to complete this task.
