We live in a beautiful area on a private estate. Walks plentiful a short walk from the door including along the Wey and Arun Canal which is less than half a mile from the front door. The house is open plan and the plot of the house is approx 1/3 acre. There are two excellent pubs within walking distance (one approx 1 mile along the canal; the other approx 3 miles along the canal in the other direction). Both serve delicious food. There is a small shop at the entrance to the estate, just over half a mile away. The main bedroom has an en-suite bathroom. The living room is A-framed with a log burner. Kitchen is modern. The garden is not overlooked at all and has garden furniture and a swing seat. As we have two children there are plentiful toys and games (including far too many board games!) and a table tennis table, badminton net and equipment and football goals. We are about 45mins away some great beaches (Witterings, Pagham Etc). Small towns 20min drive away and bigger urban areas Guildford and Horsham are both 35/40mins away.
