We live on farmland half an hour from Nashville, TN. I was born & raised in Nashville, so I love being close enough to "home" without having to deal with the everyday bustle of the city. We have plenty of front & backyard, and our closest neighbors are the cows on the cow farm that surrounds our property! No need to worry about nosy neighbors - they can't even see you hanging out on the back deck, relaxing in the hot tub, or swimming in the pool. You'll have a queen guest room with en suite bathroom for your stay, access to the pool and brand new hot tub (weather permitting, of course), large smart TV in the living room with Sonos sound system throughout the main living area, full kitchen with most everything you need to make anything from gourmet meals to frozen pizza. We also have a home gym with a Peloton bike, Rogue squat rack, weight bench, and plenty of weights. Downtown Nashville is just half an hour away, so it's plenty close if you wanted to catch a concert at the Ryman or a Preds game at Bridgestone Arena. Springfield is the closest town to our house, and it has a surprisingly cute downtown area with boutiques, restaurants, and a well-maintained greenway. We do live about 45 minutes from the Nashville airport, so keep that in mind when considering your travel plans. I uber/lyft from the airport often & it's typically a $40-60 ride depending on time of day.
