Executive home with pool, hot tub and garden needs lab sitter
Introduction
We are a successful Airbnb that has a pool, hot tub, gardens and a 75 lb chocolate lab. We're located just outside Atlanta, 35 minutes from the airport and close to all major attractions. We love to travel, but our dog becomes ill when we board her and she doesn't eat. We're looking for someone to feed her twice a day and take her on a short walk in good weather. There may be occasion to water some plants if there's no rain although there is some automated watering and we have a smart home to turn off and on lighting and music, etc. There might be occasions to empty the pool skimmer if a storm hits, but that would be extremely rare.

This an executive residence in Historic Norcross. The first floor has the master bedroom where our chocolate lab will feel at home and probably sleep there unless you don't mind her sleeping with you. The upstairs where you will reside includes two dedicated bedrooms (with queen beds), an office with trundle twins and a living room/ theatre with coffee bar, hotplate, air fryer, microwave and stocked mini-fridge with a 10 foot movie screen with great sound system. The main upstairs bedroom has a pool view with walk-in closet and private bath. You will have access to the main kitchen on the main level. Norcross is a historic quaint town this is close to downtown (20 mins), airport (35 minutes), Stone Mountain Park (20 minutes), Lake Lanier (50 minutes) and many other attractions in the Atlanta area.

- Feed Kaia in the morning, 9ish and evening, 5ish - Walk her briefly in the morning and evening - water any plant that might desperately need it - there's automatic watering, but if there's no rain, some plants may need a brief watering

Kaia is such a pleasure to spend time with! Will and KJ were friendly, awesome hosts and went out of their way to ensure we had all possible creature comforts for our stay. Their house is beautiful and the backyard was by far my favorite part. Nature abound! Kaia is sweet, smart, very happy and perfectly frisky when she’s excited. :) The City of Norcross is a bit over a mile walk from the house. It’s an enjoyable walk and the neighbourhood is quite nice. We even saw lightening bugs and bats on the walk back from dinner one night! We had our car, as we drove up from Orlando. It was nice to be able to explore the area and both Will and KJ offered terrific recommendations! (If you get the opportunity to do this sit you must go to the Buford Highway Farmers Market - it’s an amazing international market. Lunch at The Bleu House in downtown Norcross was delicious, go there!) We arrived the evening before Will and KJ left town as we wished to meet Kaia and also learn how to work the smart home features of the house. It’s easy to figure out! They even offered us dinner and dessert that included amazing homemade ice cream! We plan on creating an opportunity to come back!
