My house is a 4 bed semi in a village setting. We have a small fully enclosed south facing garden which gets the sun all day (if we get any). We back out onto woodland which is great for the dog. Penwortham has a variety of bars, cafes and restaurants, all in easy walking distance of our house. We’re also only 1.5 miles from Preston city centre and the rail and bus stations. The property is cleaned weekly but can be cancelled if you prefer.
