Cat sitters needed in Bournemouth

Hi, I'm George. Me and my partner Helen live in a 2 bedroom wheelchair adapted bungalow in Bournemouth. We're away fairly regularly and one of our cats gets very upset if we leave her alone. We've also got some chickens but these don't require much looking after!

We live around 3 miles from Poole town centre and Poole Quay. About 4 miles from Bournemouth town centre and beaches. Local shops and takeaways within walking distance (and close to bus routes to both Poole and Bournemouth). We have off road parking and external CCTV covering the front driveway and the garden. There are 2 large commons within easy walking distance.

Feed cat dry cat food twice a day. Attempt to shut the cat in overnight. Top up chicken food and water as needed and collect eggs. Keep the front gates closed (in case of chicken escapes)

This was an amazing housesit! Helen and George were the perfect hosts! They made sure that I had all the information I needed about their pets and house before they left and quickly answered any queries I had! They were extremely welcoming so I felt at home straight away! Their pets are adorable! You will fall in love with Charlie, their cat straight away! A veritable purr machine, she loves nighttime snuggles and belly scratches! Their home is amazing! Their back garden is a haven for wildlife as well as a sun trap and perfect for sunbathing next to Charlie! The house is in the perfect location between the New Forest and the beach too! So whether you love sunbathing, cycling or swimming, it’s perfect for you! What more could you ask for?

We loved our 5 days with Charlie and the chickens. Helen and George's house is brilliantly located with a Lidl within walking distance and beaches a short drive away. We particularly loved the conservatory and beautiful view of the trees, bluebells and all manner of birds. The garden is huge and beautifully done, with a beehive a safe distance away. Charlie took a few days to warm up to us but we got our cuddles in the end, petting Charlie outside as this was where she was most at ease. We also made the most of the fresh eggs every day. I was fortunate enough to be Abel to house sit for Helen, and George, at their home in beautiful Bournemouth, and look after their cat Charlie, and their three hens. All which were no problem at all. I throughly enjoyed my sit there, and had the opportunity to go in and have a good look around Bournemouth, and Poole, which are lovely towns. Helen, and George, made me feel very welcome, and I was very comfortable. I can throughly recommend this sit 👍 Thanks Guy’s

Helen and George are a lovely couple. I enjoyed spending time with them before they left, staying in their home, watching the foxes in their backyard and pet sitting their cat, Charlie and 3 chickens. Charlie is easy going and prefers to spend alot of time outdoors. It took her a few days to decide she wanted to sleep with me in the guest bedroom. I didn't have a car so the location was a bit challenging but it didn't take me long to learn the #6 bus system. Bournemouth is a beautiful area and I was grateful to have this TH opportunity.
