A village stay in Consell, Mallorca!
Introduction
Hello, Sven and I are in the healing field and travel for our work offering retreats, workshops, and classes. We moved to Mallorca six years ago after living 10 years in the Andes Mountains of Ecuador. Consell is a quaint village of about 3000 people. Within one block of our newly renovated home is the main square with a cafe, bakery, an out door market once a week, a great restaurant and one of Spain´s oldest wineries. We have a fully renovated home. There is a single bedroom and a master king size bedroom, several bathrooms and an open kitchen plan. Consell is 15 minute drive to Palma and 40 minute drive to Alcudia port. Because our house is located close to the main square you wouldn´t need a car if you want to stay local. Everything is walking distance from 1 to 3 blocks. Grocery store, restaurants, cafe, bakery, open market. However, if you would like to explore the island a bit, a car is helpful. There is a train station about a 20 minute walk from the house that goes to Palma. There is a beautiful beach cove up north of us, Cala Sant Vincent, about a 40 min drive.

We would like someone or a couple who can live in our house and take care of our canine family, Cappy and Bella. They need loving company, feeding twice a day, and clean up of the outdoor space.

Though it was a very fast sit, it was very enjoyable. Susan and Sven are a nice and kind couple and they were very warm from the very first moment. The house is comfortable and spacious and the inhouse patio with the pool is a very nice plus in these hot days in Mallorca. Of course Cappy, Bella and Redsy are three wonderful fellas. The dogs are very very sweet and they follow you wherevere you are, while Redsy has just her moments when she likes to come along and be brushed while purring but surely she can bond her way, as every cat. It was a very lovely sit. Thank you so much.

We had a very nice and unique sit in Consell, Mallorca with Cappy, Bella and Redsy, the most gentle and lovely trio on the island. Don’t misjudge Cappy, he might look like Rambo, however he is a unique beauty being a true sweet heart and a real people´s lover. Your attention is never neglected and is highly appreciated. When looking in his eyes, you will not be able to resist. Bella is the Woodstock-lover in a dog’s version; Eat, Peace & Love. She is always there for you to be cuddled and hugged, in exchange for food…would not be bad. Nevertheless, she will make your day through her smile. She is a sun shine! Redsy is a real stealth lady with a young mind, conditioned by her own watch and she still thinks she is a baby. Your attention will always and anytime be well received. She is SO “chill”. Sven and Susan are extremely lovely and welcoming. We could feel their relaxed and loving energy all throughout the property and of course with the pets. The whole village are very caring towards them both and are very very friendly with and about them (which in Mallorca is not to be taken for granted). This confirms the impression and vibes we received from Susan and Sven. Last but not least: The house is really functional and practically located. The patio and the terraces are all day sunny and bring brightness all over the house. Whereas, the Saltwater pool provides you with a skin friendly refreshment. We loved every moment and would definitely repeat.

Susan and Sven are warm and interesting people, it was lovely chatting to them and they are also excellent and prompt communicators. We enjoyed looking after Cappy and Bella. They are both great characters and seemed to become attached to us very quickly. Redsy, the cat is gorgeous she soon warmed to us too. The house is very modern yet right in the centre of the village. The really friendly village has essential shops and a small weekly market. If you want somewhere to chill this is it in a lovely part of Mallorca!

We had a wonderful time at our sit in Mallorca. Susan and Sven were such generous hosts and gave us very informative instructions before they left and some general knowledge and maps of the area to make our stay more comfortable! Cappy and Bella are a wonderful pair of dogs. They adore their walks and love lots of pats and attention in the home too! They are currently undertaking dog training and need to be walked separately but they are well behaved and eager to please. And even if you pop out for a quick coffee they are always so excited to see you again on your return. Also you won't ever have to worry about them being fussy eaters as they both adore their food too. Redsy is a gorgeous purr-ball and though very independent she will let you know if she is hungry or needs anything and would be happy for you to tickle her under her chin for many hours. Susan and Sven live in a beautiful home with everything that you would need for a comfortable stay and with cafes, bakeries, bars ,banks and even a bodego on the doorstep. We would highly recommend this sit and we would like to thank them again for such a wonderful opportunity.
