Our property is a 18th century farm house in West Sussex with all the peace and quiet of rural life and all the modern conveniences with some easy care animals. You will be surrounded by fields while still being close to the village With the South Downs link at your door and a brewery and cafe as near neighbours, this is an ideal sit if you want to relax and unwind. Our house is located a lovely 10. Knute walk along the Downs Link from the village of Rudgwick with a co-op, post office and pharmacy. It is 6 bedrooms / 3 bathrooms and has everything you could want in a classic country property. Original wooden beams, stone floors in the entrance, wood burner stove in the snug and an AGA plus standard oven in the country kitchen. Our patio has uninterrupted views of our 40 acre property, outbuildings and stables. The house does have an attached self contained annexe, we let out but they have their own entrance and we rarely see the couple. Craig comes to cut the grass weekly. Alan, comes up to check the farm buildings and machinery, but will always let you know when he is around. We have an old tennis court
