My little Adobe is an open floor plan, Pueblo style home. It has a fun kitchen great for cooking, 2 good sized bedrooms and separate bathrooms (recently remodeled) and a warm and inviting great room perfect for watching the sunset or just reading a book.

Staying at my home will entail taking care of my sweet dog Riley and watering my green babies depending on the time of year! My dog Riley is a young dog who loves his daily walks in the neighboring arroyo /bike path. We walk every day for between 1 hour to 1 and 1/2 hour and then periodically through out the day we play in the backyard or he just gets belly rubs while I do other things. He’s also a very interested yoga companion who will “help” by making sure the yoga mat is “just right”. He is otherwise very low maintenance and aside from twice daily feedings, keeping fresh water full- and his favorite belly rubs- it’s an easy stay. My plants may need some watering depending on time of year and weather but they are also very easy- and you may even get to reap the rewards in fresh vegetables and herbs! While Riley is incredibly friendly, I prefer sitters that do not have any additional pets and due to insurance reasons, I prefer sitters with out children.

What can I say that hasn't already been said? Riley is just the sweetest, most loveable and well behaved pup you can come across on a sit, so much so that he steals your heart right away. He's young but as Teresa and I were discussing, an old soul. He doesn't seem to have any of the puppy-ish behaviors you'd generally see at that age, unless you count being the cutest and loving his walk! I was so happy to get to meet Teresa before I left, she is just a fabulous person, so welcoming and friendly. And her home is warm and comfortable. Just had an amazing feel - you can tell she's put a lot of time and thought into making it a welcoming and relaxing space. The kitchen was well equipped, which was awesome for whipping up a meal, the living room very cozy with it's comfortable couch and the Roku TV - Riley and I enjoyed several movie/reading snuggles during my sit. The bedroom was relaxing and the bed was very comfortable, I slept wonderfully. The location of the house was ideal as well - very close to everything I ended up doing during my time in Santa Fe, and the beautiful and well-maintained nearby trail made my walks with Riley even better. Could not recommend more highly - we look forward to getting to see Riley again in the future.

Everyone's reviews are right--Riley will be your best buddy the second you arrive! He loves walks, playing in the yard, and attention and affection when indoors. I had a great time hanging out with him in Teresa's cozy home. Highly recommend!

YES YES AND YES!! First of all, Riley...he really just needs to be experienced!! Perfect Doggie, Perfect Lil Companion, Perfectly snuggly.... basically all the things!! COZY home. Superb hospitality. Easy walk to gym/lap pool, coffee shop, bus stop! Mountain View and amazing morning skies! And night time skies. Top of my list to return to...
