A 2 story house with a little garden and pool. It is perfect to go out and enjoy the sun. It is 3 km from the beach, but bicycles are available, for going there. It is close to some fields and in a calm neighbourhood. There are many things around to do and explore: - beaches and bays - skydiving - windtunnel - bird park - kayaking, hiking - snorkeling - restaurants The internet connection is suitable for to work from home and have calls/meetings. There are no cameras activated in the house. The previous owner had an alarm system installed and the cameras are still up. Their lid is closed so nothing can be recorded. There is a bus station closeby, for busses coming from Barcelona. The next train station is Figueres-Vilafant.

General: - exchanging the water in the dispenser once a week - filling the food dispensers once a week - removing poo from litter box if present - exchanging sand from litter box once a week Coquito: - feed 2-3 times a day wet food (lunch can be omitted) - in general a bit of attention and some playtime - might sleep in the same room or on the same bed in cold weather - doesn't like to be picked up or to get too many cuddles. But he likes to stay close to people and nap Bolito: - snacks in the morning and evening - loves being cuddled and to eat

Staying at Theresa and Andre's house has been a very rewarding experience! They are very friendly and made sure to explain all the information about the house and pets. They were always available when we had any questions or unforeseen events. We were very comfortable with both cats, although they have very different personalities. Bolito is very social, he loves to be petted and to be paid attention to. Coco is more introverted and shy, but he loves contact and being with people as long as calmness is reassured. We are going to miss them! On top of that, the house is close to a Natural Park and you can easily go to the beach by bike. This area of the Empordà is very beautiful. If the opportunity arises in the future, we would love to come back!

Theresa and Andre welcomed me very kindly and made sure I had a pleasant stay at their house. They are very nice, friendly and easy-going people. The house is comfortable, modern, spacious, easy to live in, and with a nice equipped terrace. It was a great pleasure to look after their lovely cats, Coquito and Bolito. They have 2 very different personalities : Coquito is very independent, and does not really like to be cuddled. Whereas Bolito is very affectionate : he will love being petted and sit on your lap. The area is quiet and peaceful. Empuriabrava is a lovely little town where you can do nice walks along the canals or the beach. There are also several nice spots to visit in the region (Sant Pere de Rodes monastery, Cadaques and Dali house, Roses...) I highly recommend this sit!

Therese y Andre were so nice people, we connect so easily , they welcome me very nice and make me feel at home. Bolito is the most affectionate cat i ever know, he is so sweet, but also very independent, and Coquito is like el capo de la mafia, you can touch only his head for little time, but he just need time, after some days he was also so nice....i loved those cats, and was so easy, the house is nice and confortable and clean, and you have many nice places around to visit. thanks a lot!!

We had a very nice time taking care of the house and It’s king (Coquito) ;). Theresa and her partner are very kind, quite orderly, detailed and they have always good vibes :). We’ve created a good connection from the beginning with them. As owners they left everything very easy for us. Their house is spacious clean and very nice. Coquito is a very special, independent and quiet cat. Taking care of him was a pleasure, to be honest, we fell in love with him. Thank you very much for everything Theresa, it will be a pleasure to see you again in the future.
