Cat sit in a beautiful waterfront home!
Introduction
As a business owner, I travel on a monthly basis to conduct business and visit family. My travel does not generally exceed one week. I need a sitter who can take good care of my cat while I'm on the road.

My home is situated on the Pasquotank River that runs through Elizabeth City. A great time can be had sitting and watching the boats go by from the pier. We are not far from downtown, where you have the choice of many diverse restaurants, entertainment, and waterfront activities. First floor living makes it easier and keeps you close to Taffy; however, there is an upstairs bed and bath available if preferred. We are in the process of consolidating homes, so there are moving boxes in the living room and kitchen.

Taffy likes her food to be out around 8:00 each morning. It's dry food, and it stays out all day so she can graze. No medication necessary. She prefers noise of some sort so she thinks she's not alone; you can leave the TV on when you go out. She is an indoor cat, but will try her best to escape if given the opportunity. We keep her on the first floor only and discourage her going upstairs or to the basement. She loves to find secluded hiding places and stay there for extended periods of time. She'll find you when she's ready for attention!

What a great sitting experience! Not only was Charlene an amazing host, I now consider her a friend! I HIGHLY recommend sitting for Taffy (I call her Laffy Taffy because she does “the zoomies” through the room and it’s hysterical). As for the home itself… 🤯 A whole wall of glass to view the water and dock. Absolutely breathtaking! The pictures of Charlene’s home do it no justice. Very easy and relaxing sit.
