Hi! We are Stacy and Emily, we live in Cranage with our two dogs, Bert and Ernie. We both travel regularly and work long hours during the week but love spending time with our boys at the weekend when we are home!

We live in the Cheshire countryside with easy access to Knutsford, Holmes Chapel and the M6. Our house is situated next to a lake which makes for perfect dog walks straight out of the front door. Please note that the lake is privately owned by our next door neighbour so whilst you may walk to dogs around the lake, you cannot swim in the lake for insurance purposes, however a company called Uswim does a Sunday morning and Thursday evening paid swim if you wanted to partake! As a sitter you will have your own bedroom with king size bed and sole use of the main bathroom.

The dogs are used to walking around the nearby lake 1-2 times per day, but both dogs are full of energy so will happily go for longer walks if you like, and they LOVE to play fetch in the garden! They are fed once a day in the morning. Overall they are low maintenance and great company. Both dogs are super friendly but Bert doesn’t always like other dogs so we suggest walking in quiet places or keeping him on a lead if around other dogs.

Stacy and Emily’s home is so beautiful , very comfortable, and was clean and well stocked with everything needed. The guest bed is one of the most comfortable beds we have ever slept in! The position of the home is ideal beside a lake which is perfect for taking Bert and Ernie around for their walks. The dogs Bert and Ernie were a pure delight to care for. Well behaved and beautifully natured, they were super lovely boys. All round, a fabulous sit.

Bert and Ernie are lovely dogs. They will happily play fetch all day. It takes 30 mins to walk round the lake and they love it. We had no need to go out in the car. Emily's home is spotlessly clean and has everything you need. A great sit!
