Marco and Bea doggies need friend

Retired school teacher and retired judge. Beginning to travel a little and need a good loving reliable dog sitter to stay in our home with our year old female black lab and a male golden doodle. We have a large fenced in yard in a well known safe neighborhood!

We have recently moved just outside of Raleigh to a spectacular one level home on one acre. The back yard will be fenced in for the dogs. There are 4 bedrooms and 3 1/2 bathrooms, large great room and sunroom. Pictures will come later as we’re moving in May.

Feed dogs, let in yard to play and do their business at least 3 times a day. Interact with them too by being outside some. Please keep house clean in areas used.

Sitting with Bea and Marco was great fun. They are both well behaved fur babies. They enjoy walking, playing and giving and getting cuddles and kisses. Diane and Julian are beautiful people. Diane and I communicated regularly. They made sure I had the basics and that I was comfortable in their beautiful home. I enjoyed my time and will sit for them again when possible.

A couple of days before the house sit, Diane reached out to me about watching their son's dog as well, while they were only a family trip. Marco, Bea, and their son's lab (Elsa) got along well and it was great to see so many wagging tails throughout the week. The new house is lovely and very clean, but it is about 30-45 minutes to get to Raleigh depending on where you are sightseeing. This housesit is best for someone looking for a quiet stay playing with the pups.

Sitting for Marco and Bea were so much fun! We played a lot in the back yard. We all enjoyed our morning naps together. Very affectionate dogs and so easy to care for and to love. Diane and Julian we lovey hosts. I arrived a night early and Diane took me to a brilliant southern BBQ restaurant. I enjoyed hanging out in Raleigh, had lunch at a great restaurant, Raleigh News. Had a walk around Lake Johnson Park. All around excellent time had by all!

Was so nice to meet Diane and Julian. Loved staying at their place and taking care of the sweetest dogs, Marco and Bea. They have so much fun playing together and they’re both so friendly and lovable! Would definitely recommend!!
