These dogs were so much fun! Loving and low maintenance. The location was great right in the heart of Raleigh. Owners were lovely. Great opportunity for me to spend time here to work.

We loved our time with Bea and Marco. They are such sweet, fun, and affectionate pups. They really enjoy their playtime outside and it's so much fun to watch them and toss tennis balls for Marco -- and then watch Bea get them, ha ha. Though we did not get to meet Diane in person, she made us feel right at home through her text and phone chats, and her housesitting manual. Julian was hospitable and fun to chat with. They both made us feel very welcome in their home which was full of Christmas cheer. Their home is in a lovely neighborhood that's quiet, and close to shops and restaurants. Thanks Diane and Julian, and hugs to Bea and Marco. We miss our playtime with them.

Diane and Julian were a great couple. They were very gracious and offered to let us spend the night before our sit started at their house so we wouldn’t have to get a hotel. Diane also cooked us a great meal to welcome us into their home and so we could get to know each other. Diane and Julian have interesting backgrounds and we enjoyed our visit. Marco and Bea were fun dogs but not the best behaved when indoors – they chewed up everything they could get into their mouths (toys, wallets, loaves of bread…). They loved playtime outside, but only if you were outside with them (which we were a lot). When we were outside with the dogs, we raked leaves and swept the driveway and patio. The dogs didn’t like being left outside alone. The house was beautiful but not super comfortable. We were there the week of Thanksgiving and wanted to watch a couple of football games. There was a small TV in the sun room but we couldn’t figure out how to work it (we even changed the batteries in the remote but that didn't help), so spent the week reading and working on our computers (which we would have done anyway). However, we would have liked to be able to relax and watch a little TV from time to time – although the sun room wasn’t very relaxing.
