My wife and I own a couple of small businesses. We are active and enjoy seeing and doing new things. My mother is getting older and watching our 2 dogs isn’t as easy as it used to be, so we are calling in back up.

We feed the dogs twice a day. We also have 4 chickens that need to be watered and looked after when out of chicken run. Garbage will need to be put out on garbage days and pick up after dogs in dog run. We also have many plants that get watered once a week And giving snuggles will be demanded, especially by Kiki

We had an excellent stay with Kiki, Vista, and the chickens in Tara and Justine's lovely home overlooking Commencement Bay. Communication was excellent and we really, really loved on these two dogs!

Tara & Julie's home and pups were absolutely incredible! Vista and Kiki are the sweetest dogs I've ever met, and definitely the most well-behaved. I got to meet Tara & Julie beforehand for a tour and they were so welcoming, communicative, and great at showing me everything I needed to know about the house and dogs before they left. The view-- and really their entire home-- was a dream! So between the combo of the house + sweet dogs, I couldn't recommend this place any higher! Thank you both for entrusting me to hang out with Kiki and Vista while you were away (:

Tara was a great host! She was so friendly and welcoming, and made us feel so comfortable. We arranged a call beforehand for any questions and she made sure to answer any we had. She was also easy to communicate with throughout the stay. Even though we didn’t meet in person, Tara felt like a friend we had met before. Her home is absolutely beautiful and had the most gorgeous views. We greatly enjoyed the peaceful water view and the peaceful location made a great remote work spot. Her two pups, Vista and Kiki were the sweetest and easiest pups to care for, we had a lot of fun with them. Kiki was a bit shy at first, but she warmed up to us quickly and we grew to adore the both of them so much. We were sad to say goodbye our last day. We would definitely be happy to care for the pups and house again!

This was a great housesit. You are a great pair of hosts and made me feel welcome. It was a delight to get to know and hang out with your sweet pups. Spending time at your gorgeous house, on your deck looking at the water and huge cargo ships, in a heat wave, with abundant lilies and roses to smell, made this a dreamy summer housesit. I’m so glad we met you and both of your moms. I hope to be available again.
