A large 19th century manor in the middle of a medieval town with a lovely garden. Nice sitting rooms, equipped kitchen, close to shops by foot. Very secure. Surrounded by lovely neighbours. There are five restaurants and many bars within three minutes' walking distance.

Hi there. Feeding, playing, changing litter plus being available for obligatory cuddles. These are not outdoors cats, so securing the house and ensuring they don’t run out the door or the window is important. Watering the garden also required please.

This review is long overdue... sorry about that Thomas and Brendan! This being said, I simply loved to sit with Suki and Bluey in Avallon. They are such sweet, loving and cuddly cats. Brendan and Thomas are two caring people, they invited me the evening before for dinner, and they made sure I had everything I needed before they left. Avallon is a picturesque medieval town, yet very lively, where you can find literally everything you could need within walking distance. Brendan and Thomas's house is right in the center, yet in a few minutes walk you reach the beautiful green 'remparts' with amazing views of the Parc naturel du Morvan. The house itself is also amazing, and then there's the garden! But the highlights of this stay where definitely Bluey and Suki. Always around when you're home, always in for a cuddle, and they love a belly to sleep on. I still miss them! Hopefully dates will match again some day. And, it probably goes without saying: I highly recommend this sit.
