We had a wonderful time sitting Felix and Anansi at Adriane’s place. Adriane made us feel very welcome from the start and we also had some interesting conversations. The cats, Felix and Anansi, were really easy to care for. Very relaxed, liked to mind their own business, but also often came to snuggle on the sofa with us when watching TV or reading. Both were also great with our 3-year old son. We had clear instructions available before the sit and keeping in touch with Adriane was easy along the way. Adriane's house is amazing - it's clear she put a lot of love and effort into renovating it. It's very bright, comfortable and equipped with all we needed. It has a large fenced garden with a seating area and a patio secured with a net, so that the cats can be there, which was very cool. A nice forest and nature walks start right behind the house and other interesting places (a castle, horse riding) are within a very short drive. We came one day before Adriane’s departure to have the chance to meet her, the cats and to get ourselves familiar with what would be needed. Thanks to that we also got to meet her dog, Chaska, who was very sweet and well behaved and we would have been happy to take care of her, too. We can highly recommend this opportunity to everyone who has a chance, and we wouldn’t hesitate to come again if Adriane needed us. Thank you for having us!
