It is a four-bedroom house with 600sqm section of some lawn, garden and a porch. The house has top and bottom insulation, a fireplace with wood available, a heat pump and a heat transfer system. We are only a short drive or bus ride to either The Base shopping mall or the town centre. The Nawton shopping centre is about 5mins walk away with pharmacies, a cafe, grocer and butcher, and a few other things. There will hopefully be a small supermarket there by the time we go too. There is an office with screens you can plug laptops into. The TV isn't connected to an aerial, but does have a Chromecast. We use the Alexa for music.

Dino is used to walking early in the morning, but really it doesn't matter whenever suits you is fine. Every day is ideal, but in reality he usually only walks every second day. The cats get fed twice a day meat, dry food and water. The house plants will need watering, i imagine there will be enough rain for the garden. The lawns will probably need mowing a few times.
