I live in a 4 bed detached house with a modest garden in a village. My daughter and young grandchildren live in the same village. The guest room has an en-suite shower room but the main bathroom has a bath and large walk in shower. The village has a pub a post office a local store and a cafe plus a Michelin star restaurant and hotel. Local walks include the village spinney and woods but other parks are easily accessible by car. Warwick and Leamington Spa are about 20/30 mins away and historic Stratford upon Avon about 40 mins. The Cotswold are accessible in an hour. Local train will take you to Birmingham , Coventry and London (2 hours). The NEC is 10 mins away by train to Birmingham International station.

The dogs need walking twice a day. Morning walk a minimum of 1 hour and afternoon/ evening min 30 mins. Houseplants watering as required In summer garden pots and plants to be watered as required. I expect the house to be kept clean during the stay.

Janice was an absolute ANGEL of a human being. She went above and beyond to make sure I was safe, comfortable, and taken care of before and while she was gone. I could not thank her enough. As for the dogs, they were the best dogs I’ve watched on Trusted Housesitters. They are incredibly easy to care for and have the sweetest personalities.
