Hello! Our names are Cassie & Eric. Thank you so much for considering loving our fur babies while we are away. We have a cat named Katniss, a cockapoo named Perry and a wolfhound named Tilladew. We love to travel and visit friends which is the main reason we are using this service.

Our house is located on South Center Lake in Lindstrom Minnesota. It is 30 minutes from Stillwater, 40 minutes from the Cities and Chisago County is a super cute vacation town all on its own. We have a King bed with a lake view as well as 2 Bedrooms with Queens. Also, we have two offices that could be used if you need more space. This lake has great fishing, plus we have a canoe and paddle board you are welcome to use while you’re here. Also as the season starts to get colder we have amazing ice fishing, snow shoeing and skiing. No matter the season this is a great get away

One of our dogs (Perry) has epilepsy so he needs medication 2x a day. We give Tilly vitamins then as well. Other than that they just need love and snuggles. We have a fenced in backyard so no walking is needed. We just ask that you don’t leave them more than 7 hours at a time

We absolutely loved this sit. Tilly kept us entertained, Perry was a constant cuddler, and Catniss came around to be petted. Wonderful location and cute house and town. Great communication. Would love to return!

I had a wonderful time at Cassie and Eric’s house with Perry, Tilly, and Katniss. If you want to spend time at the lake in true Minnesota fashion, their lake home is the place to be. It’s warm and welcoming, and it has on-property lake access; I loved working from the dining room table and overlooking the lake all day. Tilly the wolfhound is a very sweet and perceptive dog who is mellow the majority of the time and also goofy and playful and enjoys running around her backyard and romps on the frozen lake. If you’re at all nervous about caring for a giant breed dog, don’t be: this dog is one of the easiest out there. Perry is equally easy and loves snuggling; if you’re sitting on the couch or laying in bed, Perry will be your best friend. Katniss is an independent lady who comes to you when she wants to be pet, which is a few times a day, and otherwise will hang out near the action and observe. Cassie was communicative and friendly and very hospitable. I would return to sit for her and Eric any time.

I thoroughly enjoyed this sit and would recommend it to anyone looking for a lake life reprieve with furry friends! Tilly and Perry love their morning walks! So much to explore and they do well walking together even with the size difference. Tilly is hilarious, engaging & expressive. She loves to wander along the lake shore and let's you know she's ready by standing at the gate and giving you "the look". Perry is happiest when he is where you are. He is a sweet little man. Katniss lays low but made several appearances and welcomed scratches and hellos from me. Cassie and Eric are great hosts, and excellent communicators. Their spot is so sweet. Lovely lake views, great spot to kayak and paddleboard and the town is adorable!! I really enjoyed exploring the cute little shops, farmers market, baker and butcher. I'm looking forward to my next stay with the fur babies! They are excellent companions.

Jamie was the best I honestly can’t say enough nice things! She took the time to meet us for dinner before we left town to make us feel safer, she took amazing care of the dogs and cat and she even made us muffins with a sweet note. She is truly an amazing person and we were honored to have her stay with our fur babies.
