36 Day sitter stay at a house in the Suburbs of Atlanta with 2 cats.
Introduction
Thank you for all the interest shown to this sit. We are looking to video chat with interested parties this week and make a final decision by April 10th. We are a couple traveling long term around the world taking our jobs with us working remotely. We enjoy traveling (of course) and adventures that take us out of our comfort zone. We have two senior but still very active cats (10 and 11 yrs old respectively) and would like to find a cat loving sitter to look after them while we are away.

2 story 4 Bedroom/3 bath house (1 moderately equipped exercise room, 2 home offices (one of which could be used by the sitter), and the master suite). On the suburbs of Atlanta, nearby cities of Duluth, Norcross and Buford Highway. Lots of quaint stores and restaurants in all areas. House is located in a quiet and safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors. Within a 2 min drive of a Kroger and 5 minutes to a Neighborhood Walmart. Fully equipped living spaces including Family room with large TV, comfortable couches and adjoining open kitchen design. Large backyard set on a hill with a large porch in back and a relaxing front with gliding chairs/bench. Nearby park with recreational facilities within casual walking distance. For those sitters with children, we don't believe our home is well suited for young children as no child-proofing measures have been done.

We will need a sitter able to cut the lawn once every 2 weeks, this should only take 20 minutes on average per cut as the lawn is very small. Sitter would be expected to bring in mail and possibly alert us of any important mail that may need action. Keep the house in a clean and tidy manner and looked after. Cats will need regular litter cleaning and food and water checks. And of course lots of love and attention as cats allow. A few plants will need watering indoors and outdoors if it has been hot and dry. Cats are indoor only and normally take care of themselves.

Our stay at Kim and Tyler's home was truly an awesome experience. Their adorable cats, Billie and BB, stole our hearts with their cuddly nature, and Billie's chatty personality added an extra dose of joy. I miss both of them already. The peaceful neighborhood is a perfect retreat. There's a lovely park across the street, convenient grocery stores, and busy shopping plazas in all directions. Kim and Tyler were an absolute delight to communicate with, making us feel right at home from the get-go. I wholeheartedly recommend their home for a great house-sitting experience and can't wait for another opportunity to do it again!

Absolutely wonderful stay! The cats were fantastic and the home is located in the perfect place! Kim and Tyler are very communicative and the perfect hosts. House is roomy and comfortable and there is even exercise equipment in the house! Highly recommend this sit! They are wonderful folks in a fantastic location!

Ranji treated this sit like it was her job. I mean that in the best way possible. She was friendly, responsible, outgoing, adaptable, but also very very professional. We received pictures, updates, ands videos multiple times per week. She kept us abreast of mail that needed attention, or when supplies were getting low. The lawn was mowed as needed without any reminders. My house was cleaner when I returned than when I left it (and I CLEANED my house) and my cats looked healthy (and I think gained a little needed weight). Not only do I recommend Ranji strongly, I will absolutely be reaching out anytime I need a someone for future sits.
