My two story house with peaceful and large backyard is located in the middle of everything Alpharetta had to offer and only 35 mins north of Atlanta downtown or 40 mins south of the GA mountains. Enjoy a peaceful day or evening on the deck with the dogs, go for a walk with the dogs to the park across from my subdivision and even to the great coffee shop and Italian restaurant near by. Inside my house is comfy and cozy with all the amenities you could want, Wi-Fi, security system, cable TV, Netflix, Amazon Prime TV and Music, Nespresso coffee machine, grill, even a jacuzzi bathtub. My subdivision has a pool and tennis court. The pool is usually open by Memorial Day through Labor Day. About a mile away (5mins by car) is Alpharetta city center with art museum, shops, restaurants, and bars. There is a town green and great place to stroll around have a drink or even do both. Live music at many of the bars some are roof top, and Roaring Social has live music every night and has candle pin bowling. Avalon is 10 mins away by car and has a great movie theater more shops and restaurants. They often have outdoor events and great place to visit. Halcyon is a third area of great shops and restaurants located 15mins from my house. Also often has events on the weekends. There is the Big creek greenway which a great place to go for a run or walk. And if you like hiking then about 40 mins to and hour north are the North GA mountains with tons of hikes and the start of the Appalachian Trail. Buckhead and Atlanta and all it has to offer is only 30-35 mins down GA 400.
