Taking care of Saturne in Amiens - 1hr 15min from Paris & the west coast

Introduction

Hello, I have a young cat named Saturne and I prefer that he stays at home while I'm gone, as we travel already quite a lot. He is a good traveller but when as I'm going overseas, I let him have some rest :) This is my first time I leave him alone for this amount of time so i'm a bit anxious. I never thought about travelling by watching over animals but now that i'm in the position of looking someone to watch over my cat, I will probably look into it, as it will make an owner happy! The dates are flexible, I would be happy to find someone even for a week!

Home & location

I live in a 1 bedroom apartment with seperate bathroom. The kitchen is open in the living room. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a house with a small garden that is very pleasant, quiet and sunny. The apartment is sunny too with a nice view, in a quiet neighborhood, at a 10min walk from Amiens' main train station and 15 min walk from downtown. A few minutes walk take you to a bakery, a butcher, a small and a supermarket, you can be confortable without a car. Amiens is 1hr away from Paris by train and you can get to the beach north in 1hr 1/2 or by bike! A must see is the cathedral, the biggest in France and the biggest gothic cathedral in Europe.

Responsibilities

Ideally, Saturne likes to go in the garden in the morning for half hour with me; sometimes I do some work there so he is happy to stay with me. He needs to be watched as he would jump above the fence and go in the neighboors' garden and i don't let him as it is a pain when we have to go get him :) and he is not the kind of cat who would stay alone for days in the wild :) He sleeps a good part of the day but likes to go out whenever he can; in the evening I take him in the garden again, when I eat there for example, or read. I take him out of the house with his leash sometimes for him to explore the neighborhood!
