Ireland : attractive house in ideal Irish location
Introduction
We are Mel and Sue Wood. We are both retired but still pretty active. We are English, but moved to Ireland eight years ago to be near family. Mel was a manager of social care for children and adults and Sue was a school counsellor. Mel enjoys reading, dog-walking and travel, Sue enjoys painting and gardening. We have two sons and two grandsons. Our elder son often cares for the dogs when we go abroad, but he is currently abroad himself, hence the need for a sitter.

In many ways a perfect location : 15 minutes from Dublin Airport, 10 minutes walk into the very pleasant town of Swords with its excellent shops and restaurants, 10 minute drive to the attractive sea-side town of Malahide, many other beaches nearby, 25 minute drive into the centre of Dublin on the frequent and cheap Swords Express bus, 7 minutes walk away. Our house is quite large, with study, art room, quiet room, attic conversion, and very attractive garden.

Care for two small friendly dogs with great personalities and walk them at least twice a day. Water indoor plants and garden if necessary. Mo decides it's time to get us up about 8.00 a.m. and they go straight into the garden. Main walk mid-morning, but any other walks are always welcome. Keep on lead. Avoid other dogs (Mo anxious and barks at them and then Ted joins in). Out in garden as desired/required. Supper about 7.00 p.m.
