Spofforth Park is located in Wetherby, around 2km north west of the town centre. Locally, there are a wide range of amenities, services and facilities which can easily be accessed on foot or by bike, whilst strong public transport connections make it easy and convenient to undertake journeys further afield without being reliant upon the car. Private drive way for two cars. Lovely landscaped rear garden, south facing and private with plenty of seating areas. Featured on a private road on the development. Easy access and walk into Wetherby, regular buses to Harrogate and Leeds. Sitters will stay in the guest bedroom, the house is on 3 floors and the top floor is the guest floor with bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom has shower, sink, toilet and heated towel rail. The house is 4 bedrooms in total with a lounge, kitchen and dining room open plan. Downstairs toilet.

Routine for Alfie is: Walk morning Walk lunch time Walk evening He eats his breakfast in a morning and is on a raw diet. He then has a treat for his teeth and other dog treat after his walk at lunch time Tea in the evening after his walk He likes to go to bed around 9pm and sleeps in his grate. When you go out Alfie likes to be in his gated penn as he feels safe and is used to this routine. Alfie loves playing in the garden with his ball. To be kept on the lead when out walking. He loves other dogs and animals and really enjoys his walks. House must be cleaned and as you found it when pet parent returns.

Alfie was such a pleasure. He’s such a good boy! Very calm and affectionate and very well behaved. We’d sit for Alfie any time! Alex made us feel so welcome in her beautiful home in Wetherby. Really nicely situated being within easy walking distance of the town centre but also for some great walks with Alfie. Alex is a as great communicator and wonderfully organised. Everything was 5*!
