Our Mill House home is located on the River Stour on the edge of Stour Provost village with open views over the Blackmore Vale. Country walks from the front door with the Stour Valley Way Footpath passing the property. 10mins (by car) from both Shaftesbury and Gillingham.

Looking after Rocky our Boxer - Rocky has 2x meals a day - morning and afternoon. He loves company - 2x walks a day 40-60mins. Guinea fowl (free roaming and roost in one of our trees) take care of themselves with treadle feeders - but they love an occasional handful of corn.

James and Gai are lovely hosts and their home is stunning. Rocky took a day or so to let himself relax and after that he was awesome, great fun and lots a character. Definitely one to grab on their next trip away. 5/5
