All round cat lover
Introduction
We are a small family: man woman cat. We have moved from UK to Tenerife to enjoy a more relaxed lifestyle, our cat has also travelled from UK, he is a jet setter :-) We have a little piece of paradise. Our cat is our joy, he loves to sit with us, on us, there is nowhere in the house where he isn't allowed, it's his house as much as ours. We are looking for someone who adores cats, and who can give our boy a lot of attention when he requires it!I We would prefer a vegan/vegetarian sitter, however this can be discussed. We have a big field where we grow peppers, aubergines, chillies, we also have spinach, sweet potatoes and orange trees. We are a very chilled out family, we have a wedding in the UK in September hence why we really need a sitter during that time, should you wish to stay a bit longer after our return to visit our beautiful and versatile island, this can easily be arranged! A quick update: Our baby (Merlin) is very scared of kids and therefore we cannot have a family house-sitting for us, also due to the very limited living space this is not feasible. We will require a Skype/WhatsApp video call prior to accepting our sitter.

Our home is classed as a "finca" which means "farmhouse", it has 1 bedroom with a king size bed, a living room, bathroom and an open kitchen dining room area. The finca is typical Canarian style. We have a lot of outdoor space which includes a dining table and a "Lazy spa" which is available from June through to October. There is space for 2 cars on our gated driveway. As it's a small house very little maintenance is required.

Merlin usually gets up about 7:30, he has his breakfast, then goes for a walk around the fields, then comes back for lunch, afternoon nap , followed with a portion of biscuits at 15:00, then another walk around before coming back for his dinner around 17:00. He is free to roam as we live in a Finca surrounded by fields far enough from main roads. Please note that Merlin's routine changes quite a lot during Summertime, especially when we have a heatwave! We have vegetables growing in our field which may require watering, this will be shown upon arrival.
