Responsibilities

Dogs eat twice a day, bowls cleaned and placed in sink after each meal. Cat eats at will. Pets not allowed on furniture and only in kitchen to eat or get water. No people food. Fill water fountain and water bowls as needed. If it storms they like to sleep in shower or bathroom. Cat goes in and outside at will. No litter box. Clean after yourself and light pick up, can use dishwasher. Water plants if needed, there are many. Access to guest room only. No kids or guests. We have family nearby if you need them. Cover sofa if you leave pets inside but they can be outside. Pebbles likes the river so we have collars for them and an invisible fence around the entire property. Enjoy the river view with dock, deck, speakers, TV and lights. Feel free to use gas grill, oven, microwave, French press for tea and coffee percolator. Use kayak if you like, access to river from dock ladder. Enjoy gators, manatees, ducks, fish and lot's of wildlife. House has Sonos speakers and wifi and cable. We have a Ring system. Walk dogs if you wish. It is a beautiful neighborhood with lot's of trees and parks. Turn a/c to 78 degrees if you leave, home is cold at 75 degrees. Use washer and dryer which is outside in breezeway. Cat food can be put up high when Cat not eating. We have a beautiful, tranquil home, dogs love to play outside and Cat is very chill. We will provide fresh new linens and towels and pillows for you. No access to master bedroom. Kayak and vest for your pleasure.
