We are Mark & Jeannine (Swiss/English/South African) and live in the countryside approx 30 minutes away from Geneva. We are a sporty couple who love travelling. As a result, we try to get away a few times a year and would be looking for trustworthy people interested in discovering Switzerland and of course, looking after our home and fur babies while we are away.

Duplex apartment with large garden & partial views of the Mont Blanc. 2 bedrooms, 1 office, 2 bathrooms (one en suite) including washer & dryer. The kitchen is fully equipped with the latest amenities. Wifi available throughout the property and parking space available. N.B. We cannot guarantee snow even though it would be Dec/Jan, but you may be lucky.

First and foremost, ensure the wellbeing of our dog & cat. N.B. ONLY PEOPLE WITH EXPERIENCE LOOKING AFTER STAFFY`s / HIGH ENERGY DOGS SHOULD APPLY PLEASE. - Food and water for cat & dog - Walk the dog min. 2x per day - Ensuring the dog is able to go out for toilet duties. - Clean the cat box 1x per day - If you plan on spending prolonged time away, dog will have to come with (we do not leave her longer than 4.5 hours alone at home at any one time) - Keep us updated on the wellbeing of our fur babies Apartment : - Making sure the plants are watered if needed - Ensuring the property remains clean and in the state in which it was left - Any breakage/accidents should be reported to the owners - If you plan on inviting any additional people to the house, the request should be made to the owners for their approval

I had an amazing time caring for Kenzo and Dela in Bassins. They are both very affectionate animals and it was a pleasure to relax and spend time with them. Dela can be cheeky, as expected from a young Staffy, but is very well trained so there were no issues. Mark and Jeannine are great hosts and went to extra lengths to ensure I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The area where they live has stunning (and very instagrammable) scenery. There are many great walks around, as well as easy access to other beautiful towns and landscapes.

This was such a lovely experience! The hosts are so kind and gracious! Their home is beautiful in a very beautiful town. Della and Kenzo are so sweet and absolutely will steal your heart! Would be my honour and pleasure to return here in the future! Thank you for such a great stay!!
