Kent based furry cat searching for Housesitters
Introduction
Runner lives in a hamlet and requires food, drink and some attention while his owners are on holiday. He is a former rescue cat who has been with us for almost 5 years. He came to us with an older cat, John, who sadly passed away recently from cancer. Runner has recently come out of his shell and while he is still extremely shy , he will be your best friend at mealtimes. He is curious about people and over time you can win his confidence.

Such a lovely warm welcome from Karen and Niall. Everything was really straightforward and easy. A real pleasure looking after their stunning place and Runner. We weren’t with him long enough to get too close but he’s never too far. A peaceful location with lots of history, thanks so much for a great stay, Laura & David

Runner has to be the easiest of cats to look after. He entertains himself, coming, going, climbing in the garden and popping up when it's time for some food. He prefers the "no fuss" approach, but we soon became friends. The house is quirky, full of character with a real story to tell. It's a stunning home in a beautiful location. All very comfortable with everything you could think of, and more. Karen and Niall are very hospitable and welcoming, we thoroughly enjoyed meeting them and joining them for fish 'n chips at their local in the village on the evening we arrived. We thank you for choosing us as and look forward to spending more time with Runner in the future.

It was a pleasure to sit for Runner. Karen and Niall were very generous, accommodating and easy company. They took me out for a lovely dinner on the first evening and gave me clear instructions. Runner was very shy but responded to me if I let him come to me. He is very easy and straightforward to care for. Karen and Niall live in a very comfortable quirky house in beautiful countryside, with lovely walks outside the front door. This sit was a pleasure, thank you Karen and Niall and of course Runner.

Had a lovely housesit at Karen's with Runner who showed himself on occasion with present in tow. Great house in a wonderful high up location not far from anything though - could place to explore Kent. Karen was very welcoming and treated me to fresh Fish & Chips in the local pub just down the hill with also very friendly landlady. Highly recommend this sit and would gladly come again.

Karen and Niall are very hospitable, we really enjoyed meeting them over dinner and drinks on the day we arrived, and we learned a lot about the interesting history of their beautiful home! The star of the housesit, Runner, is a very independent cat. He has a vast territory around the house, and is often seen surveying his land and occasionally hunting. Runner spends most of his time outdoors and in his own quarters, even though we were able to form a connection with him over ham (his favorite snack), we wish we could've gotten warmer with him! Thank you for the lovely stay Karen and Niall.
