I live in a 3 story house on a hillside in Herriman with a nice view of Salt Lake valley. There are a ton of trails across the street from me and I take my dog on them all the time. The Blackridge Reservoir is within walking distance of my house too and its a nice place to paddle board or just hangout for a bit. I think some people fish in there too. you'll have access to the whole house but the walk-out basement is finished as somewhat of a monther-in-law apartment for guests with a minifridge and a small oven. It has a decent common area, a full bath and a bedroom with a reach-in closet and queen size bed. The main floor is a huge open space with access to the deck that has a great view of Salt Lake valley. The are cameras at the front door and in the garage. All inside cameras will be unplugged.
