The house is situated on 10 acres of wooded property in a very natural setting We are surrounded by 1200 acres of beach front Lake Michigan property and a public beach is a short walk away. The beach has very few homes on it and there are beautiful dunes that are gorgeous. Our home is very secluded with no neighbors in sight. It is a 2 bedroom, 3 full bath home. The attached garage, which will allow for one vehicle to be parked in, has entry into the finished basement. The laundry is also downstairs. There are steps up to the upper level and steps up to the main floor from the outside as well. So it is not suitable for someone who cannot walk up stairs. , We have a great kitchen with a central granite Island. There are French doors onto the deck from the great room and master bedroom. The deck off the great room and the views are like sitting in a wildlife refuge like setting with all the birds, squirrels, wild turkeys and deer and that you can see at any time. Although you feel out in the middle of nowhere, the home sits between the city of Holland and Saugatuck, which both have good stores, restaurants and plenty of things to do. Both cities are resort destinations. There are many fine restaurants and great casual bars and grills and places for music and socializing. Our home does have a furnace, but we prefer to heat with wood in the wood stove . So someone who would be willing and enjoy heating the home with wood is what we would prefer. The furnace is fueled by propane which is rather expensive so the wood stove is our preference for heating. The lower level has the TV , comfy couches and a small office in it. That is where we have the wood stove also so it makes for a very cozy atmosphere. The upper level stays warm as the heat rises up the stairway
