2 beautiful long-haired Chihuahuas in a lovely new build overlooking the lake.
Introduction
I am a 38yr old woman living in Rotherham, South Yorkshire with 2 long-haired Chihuahua puppies of 1 years old. I have recently moved into a new build that overlooks Manvers lake and spend a lot of time doing various activities on the lake. My partner lives in Peterborough presently and so I am away from them some weekends as well as a few holidays a year. I'm a Project Manager for the Civil Service and have an office set up at home with a great view over the lake.

It is a 3 bed new build property. The main bedroom is on the top floor and is large with it's own ensuite/shower room. There is a family bathroom with a bath. The house overlooks Manvers Lake which is a few minutes walk to. The garden is a good size with decking that allows you to sit and watch the beautiful sunsets over the lake. There are 2 paddleboards, a bike and a BBQ that you are welcome to use. The house is well located next to Dearne Valley Parkway and not far from the M1/A1 motorways and also benefits from being close to some lovely countryside too. The 2nd largest bedroom is currently set up as a home office space, overlooking the lake with an excercise bike, small TV, sofa bed and a craft area There is a 3rd smaller double bedroom. The house has a drive that fits 2 cars. There are 3 supermarkets within a 20min walk. Great Sky broadband and TV package (Netflix/Disney Plus also set up on the TV). Induction hob and oven, microwave, toaster, SMEG Lavazza coffee machine. Condiments/tea/coffee and basics such as milk, eggs, bread etc. provided. Hairdryer/straightners/iron available for use. Games/books available. Please use anything you wish to in the house.

Hi Grace. I've just managed to have Unfortunately because of being between houses for a few months (my house sale took a while and so we were in various Air BnBs etc for some months) their toilet training regressed. Coupled with trying to get them to go out in the cold, it has led to increased accidents inside which would just need a quick clean up (thankfully they are small dogs)! To be there in the day with a maximum of 6hrs away from the puppies. To be there at night time (although the puppies sleep separately downstairs). To allow them access to the garden for exercise and the toilet. To feed/give them water. To interact and play with them. To leave the house as found (just generally tidying up after yourself only).

We really enjoyed this sit. Lily and Scampi are sweet, loveable pups - it was a true pleasure taking care of them. While Lily was a bit shy at first, by letting her set her own pace it wasn’t long before we were rewarded with lots of snuggles and a view of her sassy personality with her brother Scampi. Scampi is naturally social and got cozy right away. Amy’s home is warm & beautifully decorated. It had everything we could possibly need, including extremely comfortable bedrooms. Amy is so friendly and is clearly a great dog mom. She was great at communicating before, during and even after the sit. She provided detailed notes, not only for the care of Lily and Scampi, but about the house and area amenities. When we arrived, Amy provided a warm introduction to the pups and did a full walk through of her home. There is a scenic lake trail next to the home and stores are within walking distance. Amy let us know she was available via phone should any issues arise and enjoyed nightly pictures of Lily and Scampi. It was our pleasure taking care of these two cuties and wouldn't hesitate to stay with them again. This sit was absolutely 5 star, thank you Amy!
