Comfortable family home in Hampshire with three gorgeous working cockers
Introduction
I live in a converted Oast House in Hampshire with 3 working cockers. They are mum father and daughter, they love their walks and are well behaved in the house. I am a retired yoga teacher and have family in South Africa whom I like to visit. I prefer the dogs to be cared for at home rather than at kennels.

The property is a converted Oast House sitting on 8 acres set within a larger estate. The property has a kitchen, utility room, sitting room, garden room and a snug with a few bedrooms on the first floor. Sitters will have a bedroom above the kitchen & dog’s room with use of a bathroom with shower & bath. The property is surrounded by farming fields and there is a short river walk on the estate. There is a pub within 1/4m and Alton is 3m which has most of the usual shops and amenities. There are numerous woodlands nearby but only within a drive by car. Alton is served by trains to London Waterloo.

Dogs are let out around 7.30/8am for a brief walk. Siena and Savannah have a pill and then all 3 dogs are fed an hour later. They have a walk for up to an hour at some point in the day and then fed at 5. Siena require a pill an hour before her evening meal. They all sleep in the entrance hall at night time and have free run of teh ground floor during the dy. Savannah has a tumour on her liver and needs an anti nausea pill and Siena has a heart condition controlled by the pills. They ar every friendly active dogs and their conditions do not hinder them at all. Chickens require electric fence being turned off and food put out in the morning around 8am and then food put away and fence turned on about 4pm. Housekeeper and gardener who live in a cottage on the property will be working their usual hours. Housekeeper 8am - 12.30pm and Gardener 8am - 3.30pm. They are responsible for the garden and plants.
