Beautiful Condo in the Hudson Valley - one dog very easy and loveable!

Hi! I live in upstate NY in the Hudson Valley. I travel to Greece a lot - about 6-8 months out of the year. I have a nice apartment in the village of Millbrook that is next to a park. My son previously lived with me and took care of our dog, but he has moved out and gotten his own place. So I need someone to take care of my lab mix while I am in Europe.

I have a two bedroom apartment (although I only want one person staying here)and one working bathroom. The other bathroom is under renovation. Very nice condo with beautiful views. The village of Millbrook is a very desirable place to live with a walkable village, cute coffee shops and restaurants. The condo has beautiful grounds and there is a new park right next door. The Hudson Valley is known for great hiking, the Culinary Institute of America (so lots of great restaurants all around!), wonderful Art scene and beautiful nature.

Walk Cerberus twice per day at least. Water the plants and get the mail. Keep apartment relatively clean. Be respectful of neighbors - i.e. no parties or loud music
