Carolyn and Stuart were very hospitable and welcomed us into their home. They are very well organised and have great communication skills. Carolyn and Stuart spent time explaining to us the dogs' routines, meals, walks and provided an excellent welcome pack. Their house is fantastic and it proudly demonstrates their love of flat coated retrievers and their affection for Alfie and Cooper who want for nothing; they have even installed a warm shower for cleaning the dogs’ paws after their walks which is a great idea! They live in a wonderful part of the world where there are many interesting locations nearby to visit. The surrounding countryside is beautiful and there are great walks on the doorstep. Alfie and Cooper are very lively and they love walking and exploring. The large enclosed garden with seating meant that we were able to spend time outside while the dogs played with their many toys. Tip....if you sit in the rainy season then take ‘wellies’ since Alfie and Cooper have walks that they want to take no matter how muddy it is !
